Pengurus Daerah Dewan Da’wah Islamiyah Indonesia Kab. Aceh Barat Daya (Dewan Da’wah Abdya) akan mengelar seminar Internasional. Seminar tentang Penerapan Ekonomi Islam ini akan di gelar di Gedung Pertemuan DPRK Kab. Abdya pada tanggal 10 sd 11 Agustus 2015 dan Dewan Da’wah Abdya sebagai panitia pelaksananya.
Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Ketua Umum Dewan Da’wah Aceh Dr. Tgk. Hasanuddin Yusuf Adan, MA MCL kepada wartawan, Senin (03/08).
“Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang penerapan ekonomi islam secara kaffah (menyeluruh), adanya pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran penting zakat, infaq dan sedeqah bagi pemberdayaan ummat serta akan terwujudnya kerjasama yang kongkrit dalam upaya ekonomi antar stakeholder, lembaga dan masyarakat muslim,” Kata Tgk Hasanuddin.
Seminar yang akan diikuti oleh 200 peserta yang terdiri unsur pemerintahan, akademisi, ormas islam, lembaga perbankan, pondok pesantren dan mahasiswa dari dalam dan luar negeri (Malaysia dan Thailand) ini, akan menghadirkan pembicara nasional dan internasional. Di Antaranya Prof. Dr. Patmawati Ibrahim (dari Malaysia) dengan materi Pengelolaan Zakat Sebagai Instrumen Penerapan Ekonomi Islam di Era Kontemporer; Pengalaman Malaysia, Prof. Dr. Muslim Ibrahim, MA (Guru Besar UIN Ar-Raniry) dengan materi Perkembangan Syariat Islam Dalam Penerapan Ekonomi Syariah di Aceh.
Kemudian Prof. Dr. KH. Didin Hafidhuddin, MS (Ketua BAZNAS Pusat dan Direktur Pascasarjana UIKA Bogor) dengan tema Fiqih zakat, Infaq dan Shadaqah serta pemanfaatannya di Indonesia dan Dr. Armiadi Musa, MA (Kepala Baitul Mal Aceh) dengan tema Pengelolaan zakat, Infaq dan Shadaqah untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi ummat di Aceh.
Membangun kesepahaman semua pihak bahwa zakat merupakan bagian dari Sumber Pendapatan Asli Aceh/kabupaten yang perlu optimalisasi pengumpulannya (UUPA Pasal 180) dan kebijakan Gubernur Aceh yang menginginkan islamisasi dalam dunia perbankan melalui konversi Bank Aceh konvesional ke Bank Aceh Syariah sebagai amanah Qanun Nomor 8 tahun 2014 tentang Pokok-Pokok Syariat Islam (Pasal 21) yang mewajbkan transaksi keuangan Pemeirntah Aceh secara syariah, juga akan menjadi trending topic dalam seminar Internasional kali ini, demikian penjelasan Iin Suardi, S.S., M.EI, Ketua Dewan Da’wah Abdya.
